How do I make a payment?

Yes, invoices are sent electronically and you can access them anytime in your client portal.

How is the payment structured?

We require a 50% advance to begin the work and the remaining 50% upon final delivery. For ad campaigns, full payment is required upfront.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

Due to the time and planning invested from the start, we do not offer refunds once the project has begun. Please book a discovery call if you're unsure.

Yes, we issue digital invoices for every transaction to ensure clarity and transparency.

Each package includes 1–2 rounds of minor revisions. Major structural or theme changes will be considered additional work.

Do I need to provide content or do you handle everything?

We handle the creative direction, captions, and editing. You may need to provide brand-specific inputs or any personal messages you want highlighted.

How are ad campaigns managed?

Our team manages everything from strategy to reporting. You’ll receive regular updates and always retain approval rights.

Can I see campaign results?

Yes, you’ll get detailed reports showing ad performance, audience engagement, and suggestions for improvement.

Will I have input on creative direction?

Of course—collaboration is at our core. We invite your feedback throughout the process.

What platforms do you run ads on?

Currently, we run ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook using Meta Ads Manager.

Do you handle the ad setup or just create the visuals?

We handle the full ad process — from creative, copywriting, targeting strategy, to final setup and performance tracking.

Is the ad budget included in your pricing?

No, ad pricing starts at ₹2000 for management only. Your platform ad spend is separate and paid directly to Meta.

What support do you offer?

We provide ongoing email and chat support during business hours and scheduled check-ins as part of your plan.

Are there limits to revisions?

To ensure project flow, we include up to two revisions per deliverable. Extra revisions can be arranged if needed.

What if I want to end my contract?

You can cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice. No hidden fees—just clear communication.

What is your working timeline?

We work Monday–Saturday and respond as soon as we can. Any urgent requests will need to be discussed beforehand.

Do you guarantee results or virality?

While we use proven strategies, results depend on Instagram’s algorithm. We do not guarantee virality but do aim for consistent growth.

What communication channels do you use?

All official communication is done via email or WhatsApp. Please avoid using personal social handles for work-related messages.
